For those who have completed a beginners course or have previous yoga

experience and are looking to develop and perfect the techniques they have

learned. Classes will focus on Vinyasa Krama - arranging the various primary

postures in an intelligent sequence. Appropriate breathing patterns will be

introduced.

 

Classes are structured in 4 week blocks. However four 'drop in' places per class

are reserved for those individuals who find it difficult to commit to a full course.

 

Please note that full payment for all courses is required on booking and is non

refundable. You may however transfer your booking to another person.

 

Cost: £30 for a 4 week course or £8.50 per class
