« Back to Group Classes

 

For continuing students, classes will begin to explore intermediate yoga

postures. Classes will focus on developing strength, stamina and

concentration within the postures. Seated breathing practices and meditation

techniques will be introduced.

 

Classes are structured in 4 week blocks. However four 'drop in' places per class

are reserved for those individuals who find it difficult to commit to a full course.

 

Please note that full payment for all courses is required on booking and is non

refundable. You may however transfer your booking to another person.

 

Cost: £30 for a 4 week course or £8.50 per class
