Beginners Level

For absolute beginners. This class will introduce the theory and practice of yoga.

Students will be introduced to key primary postures with an emphasis on

alignment and breath.

 

Classes are structured in 4 week blocks. However four 'drop in' places per class

are reserved for those individuals who find it difficult to commit to a full course.

 

Please note that full payment for all courses is required on booking and is non

refundable. You may however transfer your booking to another person.

 

Cost: £30 for a 4 week course or £8.50 per class
