This is a really spectacular venue close to the beautiful Iztutu beach, which is in a

conservation area. The hotel is on the edge of the village and is surrounded by countryside.

It has lots of single en-suite rooms, its own swimming pool and lovely garden, outdoor eating

area and there is also a typical Turkish tree house where you can relax.

The holiday will consist of a morning and afternoon yoga class which take place on the new

outdoor yoga deck. During our time together I will look at ways of deepening and supporting

everyones understanding of the possibilities yoga practice can have at promoting a healthy

body and still mind through the practice of asana (yoga postures), pranayama

(breathing techniques) and Dhyana (meditation).

It is a very beautiful and enjoyable region to do as much, or as little, as you wish.

You will have plenty of spare time to explore the local area which really is worth seeing,

besides visiting the beach a variety of trips can be arranged; you can rise early one morning

to see the turtles as they sunbathe on the river, there are hot springs, and a huge lake to

explore. On Saturday mornings there is a large market in Dalyan village selling

local produce, spices, fabrics etc.

If you are interested in history there is the ancient city of Kaunas on the other side of the river

or travel further afield to the Ghost Town at Kayaköy which is exactly as it was when

the Greeks left Turkey to return to Greece.

A choice of holistic and deep tissue massage will be available on site.
