Yoga in the workplace can be held on site at a practical time of the day - early morning,

lunchtime or after work.

 

All that is required is a space to practice in, such as a conference room.

 

Yoga when practiced regularly can considerably help to relieve mental stress, improve

concentration and increase energy levels which in turn can improve productivity.

 

Yoga postures can help to relieve tightness and stiffness from the body and over time

improve poor posture. The postures can offer considerable relief from specific work related

complaints such as back and neck pain, RSI, headaches, low energy levels and depression.

 

Cost: £40 per hour regardless of class size

 

Cancellations and appointment changes may be made without charge as long as a clear

48 hours notice is given. However, for any cancellation or appointment change made with

less than 48 hours notice, the full fee is payable.
