group class levels
Level 1 & 2: For beginning and continuing Yoga students. Classes will introduce the theory and practice of Yoga. Key primary Yoga postures and appropriate Yoga breathing patterns will be practiced, along with simple seated Yoga breathing practices for refining the breath and attention.
Level 2 & 3: For continuing Yoga students looking to develop and perfect the techniques they have learned in Level 1 & 2. Classes will explore subtler Yoga techniques and introduce intermediate Yoga postures. Students will be encouraged to focus on developing and refining breath and attention within the postures. Seated breathing practices and meditational techniques will be introduced.
Yoga for Arthritis: For anyone who lives with osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis.
Please note you can only attend the course that you have booked on to. In exceptional circumstances and by prior arrangement only, it may be possible to make up classes missed from a booked course by dropping-in to other classes, this is subject to availability in that class.
